These Terms of Service apply to your use of the ILT Bullion and Coin website and to purchases made from ILT Bullion and Coin LLC, a California limited liability company based in San Diego, California. ILT Bullion and Coin sells Goldbacks—small-denomination 24-karat gold currency notes—as well as bullion, collectible coins, and related products.

Acceptance of these terms

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Shipping & Insurance Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

Pricing and availability

Precious-metals markets move continuously. Product prices, premiums, availability, product descriptions, and purchase limits may change without notice until an order is placed and accepted by us. We try to keep all information accurate, but errors can occur.

An order confirmation or payment authorization does not by itself mean that ILT Bullion and Coin has accepted the order. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to refuse, cancel, limit, or request additional verification for any order, including for pricing errors, inventory shortages, suspicious activity, suspected fraud, payment issues, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Payments and customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate, current, and complete purchase, payment, contact, and shipping information. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you submit for the full amount of your accepted order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your purchase and use of the products are lawful where you live.

California sales tax

California sales tax may apply to your purchase. Under CDTFA Regulation 1599, qualifying bullion and numismatic coin transactions of less than $2,000 in a single transaction are generally subject to California sales and use tax, while qualifying bulk transactions of $2,000 or more in a single transaction are generally exempt. Tax treatment depends on the item and transaction, and we may collect tax when required. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar charges applicable to your purchase.

Product information and investment disclaimer

Goldbacks, bullion, and collectible coins may have intrinsic-metal, numismatic, or collectible value, and values can rise or fall. Nothing on our website is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and we do not guarantee future value, liquidity, price appreciation, or resale value. Please make your own independent decisions and consult qualified advisors when appropriate.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use our website only for lawful personal and commercial purchasing purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use automated means to place orders or collect website content without permission, or infringe our intellectual-property rights. Website content, branding, photographs, and text are owned by or used with permission by ILT Bullion and Coin and may not be used without written permission except as allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ILT Bullion and Coin LLC and its owners, employees, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost opportunity; or market-price changes arising from use of the website or purchase, resale, or holding of our products. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute relating to the website or an order are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally.
