Does the photo show the exact note I will receive?
Photos may be representative. Check the listing title and description for the year, denomination, edition and any promised serial number.
Can I exchange damaged notes?
Damaged notes require prior approval. Washington DC notes, Silverbacks, errors and graded notes are excluded from the exchange program. Submit a request before mailing anything.
Are Hera Silverbacks available now?
Yes. Our Hera Silverbacks have arrived, and the Graded Standard Gem edition is live in the store. Check each product page for current availability before ordering. Raw notes are not offered online.
How can I pay with Goldbacks?
Use standard Checkout, then choose Pay by Goldbacks (mail-in) for physical notes or Pay by Goldbacks (UPMA transfer) for your UPMA Goldback balance. Express buttons such as Shop Pay or PayPal bypass these choices. Place your order, then wait for our approval email with the exact Goldback amount and payment instructions before sending anything.
How do I pay through UPMA?
After we approve your payment, find ILT Bullion and Coin LLC by business name in UPMA and transfer the approved amount from your Goldback balance. UPMA gold and silver balances are not accepted for this option. Complete the transfer within 3 business days after approval. Include your order number in the transfer reference where supported, then reply to our approval email with the transfer details so we can match it to your order.
Which rate applies, and what about fees or adjustments?
We use the official Goldback exchange rate on the day we approve your payment, not an earlier cart estimate. We approve any balance adjustment, fractional amount, or UPMA receiving fee case by case before you pay. If the 3-business-day deadline passes, contact us for new approval before sending payment.
When will my Goldback-paid order ship?
Your order stays unpaid until we verify receipt. For UPMA, we verify the Goldbacks actually credited to our account; a screenshot alone is not proof of receipt. For mail-in payments, follow the approved note rules and mailing instructions, and mail your payment with tracking provided within 3 business days after approval. We ship after payment is received and verified.
Is UPMA payment the same as a denomination exchange?
No. UPMA transfer is a way to pay for a store order using your Goldback balance. Our physical Goldback denomination-exchange program remains separate, with its existing eligibility, prior-approval, and shipping rules.
